Our Confidence Confidante service offers a safe and confidential space for you to confide in and receive life advice and encouragement. Schedule with us whenever you need a listening ear and a boost of confidence. Let us help you navigate life's challenges with ease.
Cancellation Policy
SCHEDULING, RESCHEDULES, LATE CANCELLATIONS, NO-SHOWS (24-HOUR POLICY) Reschedule window: The Client must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule. Late cancellations/no-shows: Late cancellations and no-shows may be counted as used sessions, except in emergencies (at Provider’s discretion). TERM, RENEWAL, AND CANCELLATION Cancelation by Client: The Client may cancel with at least 7 days’ notice before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the next cycle. Cancelation by Provider: The Provider may end services if boundaries are repeatedly violated, payment fails, or the coaching relationship is no longer a fit. If services end mid-cycle, resolution will be handled fairly based on services already delivered. REFUNDS + DISPUTES All sales are final once services are delivered. If a billing issue occurs, the Client agrees to contact the Provider first to resolve it in good faith before initiating a chargeback.
