As a professional trainer and nutritionist, my passion is to guide the world towards a healthier lifestyle. Everybody is unique, with their own strengths. My method is to build a custom plan based on your needs, schedule and more importantly, mindset. fitness and total wellness goals. I aim to transform your mind, body and influence you to make more mindful decisions when it comes to your overall wellness.

STORY.

I'm a Black woman from Inglewood, CA.

In my late 20s, I was finally told the cause of my stubborn weight: PCOS.
Determined to beat hormonal imbalance, in 2014 I hired a trainer, fired a trainer, and lost 30 pounds along the way by early 2015.
​
I started a corporate job the same year and slowly over a few following years, I gained most of the weight back I had worked so hard to lose.
I worked equally as hard and lost about 20 of it before the pandemic.

I kept it off, and now I'm working on these last stubborn few. JUST. LIKE. YOU.
In other words, I am more than a coach.
I am a real person with a real journey and real goals too.
