You and I will work together to: Create simple but effective mindset shifts (so this doesn’t feel like punishment) Discuss & discover your nutritional challenges + obstacles (habits, schedule, stress, cravings, consistency) Build a realistic nutrition strategy you can actually follow Set targets and structure that fit your lifestyle (not the other way around) What this looks like in real life: Portion + plate balance guidance (so you’re not guessing every meal) Protein + hydration targets that support your goals “Busy day” options so you don’t fall off when life gets loud Adjustments based on what’s working and what isn’t ✅ PLUS: If you want it, you can add access to my proprietary Wellness Tracker to support your self-monitoring between sessions/check-ins and see how your nutrition changes are positively nourishing other areas of your life (energy, mood, confidence, consistency, stress, etc.). Quick note (for full transparency): I’m a NASM Certified Nutrition Coach. I provide nutrition education, habit coaching, and accountability support. I don’t diagnose or treat medical conditions, and I don’t provide medical nutrition therapy. And, if PERSONAL TRAINING IS ALSO DESIRED: a training or wellness package must be purchased separately.


Cancellation Policy

SCHEDULING, RESCHEDULES, LATE CANCELLATIONS, NO-SHOWS (24-HOUR POLICY) Reschedule window: The Client must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule. Late cancellations/no-shows: Late cancellations and no-shows may be counted as used sessions, except in emergencies (at Provider’s discretion). TERM, RENEWAL, AND CANCELLATION Cancelation by Client: The Client may cancel with at least 7 days’ notice before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the next cycle. Cancelation by Provider: The Provider may end services if boundaries are repeatedly violated, payment fails, or the coaching relationship is no longer a fit. If services end mid-cycle, resolution will be handled fairly based on services already delivered. REFUNDS + DISPUTES All sales are final once services are delivered. If a billing issue occurs, the Client agrees to contact the Provider first to resolve it in good faith before initiating a chargeback.
