Confidence Confidante™ Terms & Conditions By purchasing, booking, or participating in Confidence Confidante™ services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions. 1. Scope of Services Confidence Confidante™ provides personal development and wellness-centered support to strengthen confidence, self-trust, clarity, reflection, and alignment. These services are not psychotherapy, counseling, medical care, or crisis support. 2. Not Therapy or Medical Treatment These services do not diagnose, treat, or cure any mental health, medical, or psychological condition. Participation does not create a therapist-client, counselor-client, physician-patient, or other licensed clinical relationship. These services are not a substitute for therapy, psychiatry, medical treatment, or other licensed care. 3. Client Responsibility This is a collaborative support experience. Results depend on participation, consistency, readiness, follow-through, and personal circumstances. No specific result is guaranteed. 4. Payment Terms All services, sessions, packages, and plans must be paid according to the terms stated at checkout, invoice, or written agreement. 5. Refunds and Transfers Unless otherwise stated in writing, all purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. 6. Communication Boundaries If included, check-ins, text, email, or voice note support is limited to the scope and timeframe of the purchased offer. Response times vary. Immediate responses are not guaranteed. 7. Intellectual Property All materials, prompts, worksheets, guides, recordings, and support resources remain the intellectual property of ThoroughBred Wellness unless otherwise stated. They are for personal client use only and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, or shared without written permission. 8. Right to Refuse or Discontinue Services ThoroughBred Wellness reserves the right to decline, pause, reschedule, or discontinue services if a client is not a fit, violates boundaries, behaves inappropriately, fails to uphold agreed terms, or presents needs outside the scope of the service. 9.
